MISSED APPOINTMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us and they are reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments may be necessary. In order to provide the best service to all our patients, we respectfully request at least 48-hours notice if you need to reschedule or wish to cancel an appointment. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Any appointment missed or changed without 48-hour notice will result in a charge of $50 ($100 for appointments that are one hour or longer). Any missed appointments, also known as “no-show,” will result in a $50 fee for every 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time. Fees must be paid prior to booking further appointments.
